A prepaid balance

You top up a balance in euro and each successful call spends from it. Top-ups are one-off packs of €10.00 or €50.00. To buy one, ask us at support@tamagoapi.com. There is no subscription, no monthly minimum and nothing to cancel.

When the balance cannot pay for a call, the call is refused before any work is done. You are never charged more than you have paid in.

What counts as a successful call

A call that returns a payload. A call that ends in an error, or is refused, costs nothing.

Receipts and invoices

Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is shown at checkout. For a receipt or an invoice, write to support@tamagoapi.com.

Refunds

• A call that does not succeed is never charged.
• Balance you have spent is not refundable.
• Unspent balance from a top-up is refundable on request within 14 days of that top-up.
• After 14 days, unspent balance stays on your account and does not expire, but it is no longer refundable.
• None of this limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
