Refund policy
tamago is paid for in advance, from a prepaid balance. This is what can be refunded and how.
The rule
- A call that does not succeed is never charged.
- Balance you have spent is not refundable.
- Unspent balance from a top-up is refundable on request within 14 days of that top-up.
- After 14 days, unspent balance stays on your account and does not expire, but it is no longer refundable.
- None of this limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
How to ask
Write to support@tamagoapi.com with the receipt reference of the top-up. You can find the reference on the receipt for that top-up.
An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, through our payment processor. The refunded amount is removed from your balance at the same time.
Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us first. Most problems are solved faster by a person than by a chargeback, and we may suspend an account while a dispute on it is open.
This policy is part of the terms of service.
